Refund policy

At WinningKart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product or if any part of the product is missing, we offer a 48-hour replacement/return policy.

To initiate a replacement request, please send an email with all necessary details and an unboxing video of the product received within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that replacement requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

To be eligible for replacement, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure that items are securely and safely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Please note that replacement requests based on personal preference will not be accepted if the product is not damaged or missing any parts.

Once we receive your replacement request, we will verify the details within two working days. If eligible for replacement, we will pick up the product from you within a few days.

Upon receipt and evaluation of the product to ensure it is unused and in original condition, your request for replacement will be processed, and the product will be delivered to you shortly.
